Cops said the burglar stole stuff belonging to both Cyrus and her brother. Rusty Edward Sellner, 22, was arrested Monday and pleaded not guilty.

The “We Can’t Stop” singer’s Los Angeles house was burglarized yet again last month – the third time in less than two years, prosecutors confirmed Thursday.

Prosecutors allege Sellner broke into the singer's Toluca Lake house on Dec. 16 and removed a large amount of her and her brother's personal property.
