The 22-year-old singer, who is dating the former couple's son Patrick Schwarzenegger, is reportedly planning to vent about her issues with them on her next album following rumours they don't approve of the relationship.
A source said: ''She has been writing songs about her problems with Patrick's family. Miley's told pals she's pulling a Taylor Swift - but instead of writing songs about ex-boyfriends, she's taking jabs at the rich and powerful Kennedy clan and how badly some of them have treated her.
''Miley's hurt that they're judging her and she's letting it all out.''
Miley has started to develop a bond with Arnold, 67, but there is no love lost between her and Maria so she isn't worried about upsetting her.
The insider told Life & Style magazine: ''Miley's writing songs to get back at Maria and the Kennedys. She doesn't care about what's politically correct or not - she's expose them.
''A pop song calling out the family will definitely push Maria over the edge. Miley's a loose cannon. They better watch out.''
Despite his mother's protests about Miley's wild behaviour, Patrick is smitten with the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker.

Especially with young people who think it's OK to have unprotected sex.
"I think that most of it is just having the conversation and taking away the kind of embarrassment or guilt that people feel attached to sex," Cyrus tells me.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer is sounding off on sex because she's the new face of MAC Cosmetics' iconic Viva Glam campaign. Proceeds from a hot pink lipstick and lip gloss created by Cyrus benefit the MAC AIDS Fund.
"I think the way sex has been made to be seen as bad or guilty, I think it's just opening up that conversation that's saying if you're doing it, protect yourself. And I think young people need to be talking," Cyrus said.

Earlier in the day, Cyrus visited the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Youth Center to meet homeless youth and to learn more about HIV prevention.
She impressed that when "you walk in, there is a bowl of condoms right there. You didn't have to ask."
Cyrus praised the Viva Glam campaign because it wasn't about making a profit.
"You don't see me kind of doing this stuff very often," Cyrus said. "I'm not the person to go out and say, 'Buy my lipstick,' or 'Buy my this, or, 'Buy my that.' This was something I obviously didn't mind saying...and kind of shamelessly plugging because it's going towards such an amazing thing. Every penny of it! It's not halfway going to help and halfway paying someone's salary. It's a hundred percent!"

This season, the only thing Miley Cyrus has been more dedicated to than Patrick Schwarzenegger is her cut-off Levi's. Singer Miley Cyrus is selling her family compound in Toluca Lake area here. The singer has listed the property for a whopping $5.995 million.
The 8,700 sq ft home, which was purchased by Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus in 2008 and was transferred to Miley's blind trust in 2012, has six bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths, a three-car garage and an elegant stone entrance, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Other features that the abode boasts of include woodbeam ceilings, hardwood and tile floors, copper rain gutters, wrought iron accents, and several fireplaces with carved mantels.
The 22-year-old hasn't lived in the property for some time as she bought another home in nearby Studio City three years ago for $3.9 million.

Man Who Allegedly Broke Into Miley Cyrus' House In December Pleads Not Guilty

Rusty Sellner, a man who allegedly broke into Miley Cyrus' house in December, pleaded not guilty to charges including burglary whilst appearing in a Los Angeles court on Thursday (8th January).

A man who allegedly broke into Miley Cyrus' house in December 2014 has entered a not guilty plea whilst appearing in court on Thursday (8th January).

According to prosecutors, 22-year-old Rusty Sellner broke into the 'Wrecking Ball' singer's home in Toluca Lake on 16th December and stole a significant amount of property from Cyrus and her brother, the Associated Press reports.
Sellner appeared in a Los Angeles court and pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary, grand theft auto and receiving stolen property. Sellner has two previous burglary convictions and was finally arrested on Monday (5th January) for allegedly breaking into 22-year-old Cyrus' house in December.
A preliminary hearing is set for January 20th when Sellner is due to appear at Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to a press release on the Los Angeles District Attorney's website. If Sellner is convicted, he may face jail time of up to 7 years and 8 months.
2014 saw Cyrus' properties burglarised twice. The first time was in May when a couple from Arizona broke into a property she owned in the San Fernando Valley. In addition to stealing clothes, purses and jewellery, the pair also stole a 2014 Maserati from the property. The couple were later jailed.
Despite the legal dealings in court relating to her property, Cyrus has been continuing with life as normal and as usual keeping her fans up to date via Instagram. On Friday (9th January), she helped celebrate her sister Noah's birthday along with their older brother Trace Cyrus.

Miley Cyrus’ house robbed again; third time in two years

Miley Cyrus might want to take a wrecking ball to her home security system.
The “We Can’t Stop” singer’s Los Angeles house was burglarized yet again last month – the third time in less than two years, prosecutors confirmed Thursday.
Suspect Rusty Sellner, 22, appeared in court Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft, the Los Angeles District Attorney said.
Prosecutors allege Sellner broke into the singer's Toluca Lake house on Dec. 16 and removed a large amount of her and her brother's personal property.
The Newbury Park, Calif., resident with two prior convictions in Ventura County for burglary and evading arrest is scheduled to return to court Jan. 20 for a preliminary hearing, prosecutors said.

Tylor Scott, 19, and Naomi Charles, 21, copped pleas in September and received jail time.
The first burglary at the twerk-tastic performer’s home was in late 2013 and reportedly involved the theft of more than $100,000 in personal property.

Miley Cyrus has been burgled again

Miley Cyrus has been burgled for the third time in two years.
The 22-year-old singer - who had her $102,000 Maserati Quattroporte and jewellery items stolen from her home in San Fernando Valley, California in May - has once again been targeted by thieves who are reported to have made off with a large amount of her and her brother's personal items as well as her bank card, on December 16.
Fortunately for the former Disney star, officers believe they have now caught the culprit and have charged Rusty Edward Sellner with felony first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft, although he pled not guilty when the case went to court on Wednesday, reports gossip site TMZ.
A man and woman in their 20s were also arrested on suspicion of burglary and grand theft auto following the theft of her luxury vehicle and jewellery last summer, while she was away performing the European leg of her 'Bangerz' tour.
Miley was also left "extremely upset" when robbers entered her home in November 2013 on the weekend she turned 21, stealing "a lot of personal items".

Miley Cyrus Mocks Justin Bieber's Calvin Klein Ads!

While Beliebers all over the world are drooling over Justin Bieber’s new Calvin Klein campaign, Miley Cyrus is poking fun at her old pal … and it’s pretty hilarious!
The “Wrecking Ball” singer uploaded one of The Biebs’ CK ads to her Instagram – complete with her own Photoshop magic. Miley covered up the female model’s face with a funny photo of herself to look like she is holding on to Justin’s shirtless chest.
If you look closely, Mi-Cy’s pic also has a little message on the photo right under the Calvin Klein logo on Justin’s underwear. Zoom in nice and close and you’ll see that it says “@MileyIsMyQueenBitches” – whether this was Miley’s doing or a funny fan’s creation is unclear – but like we said, pretty comical.
Hours later, she uploaded a second Photoshopped shot of JB from his CK campaign.
This isn’t the first time Miley has spoofed Justin. In 2011, she impersonated him on Saturday Night Live while cast member Vanessa Bayer played Miley on the now famous skit series, "The Miley Cyrus Show."
Justin has definitely paid Miley back though.
When he hosted "SNL" in 2013, he appeared in the same skit series that she did two years prior – as the president of the Miley Cyrus Fan Club. Bieber also pulled a prank on the former Disney star in 2012 when he “punk’d” her on Ashton Kutcher’s MTV show, "Punk’d.

Convicted burglar pleads not guilty to Miley Cyrus break-in

A convicted burglar charged with breaking into the Los Angeles home of Miley Cyrus has pleaded not guilty to felony charges.
Rusty Sellner entered pleas Thursday to burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft. He could face seven years and eight months in prison if convicted.
Sellner was arrested Monday.
Prosecutors say he broke into the Toluca Lake home Dec. 16 and stole a large amount of property belonging to Cyrus and her brother.
Sellner has previous convictions for burglary and evading arrest.
This is the second burglary for Cyrus in less than a year. In May, thieves broke into a San Fernando Valley home she owned and took clothes, purses, jewelry and a 2014 Maserati that was later abandoned.
An Arizona couple went to prison for that break-in.

Miley Cyrus hired as new face of MAC Viva Glam

We've already seen so much of songstress Miley Cyrus — so very, very much as she is a practitioner of the less-is-more philosophy when it comes to clothing. Also, not by coincidence, she's a desperate attention hound.
As the the new face of MAC Cosmetics' Viva Glam line, we will be seeing still more of her in magazines and advertisements and promotional posters at cosmetics counters, touting the new bright pink lipstick ($16) and sparkling bright pink lip gloss ($15).
Previous spokespeople for Viva Glam include Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Pink, Elton John, k.d. lang and Ru Paul.
Being added to this list of intriguing celebrities and promoting something that raises money for an important cause — 100% of the sales from the Viva Glam go to help people living with HIV/AIDS — is a big move for Cyrus.
Until now, the 22-year-old former Disney star has been best known for twerking. Despite announcing last summer she had retired the vulgar dance from her repertoire, the association remains.
She is also known for dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
A couple months ago, she celebrated her birthday by riding a giant mechanical penis.
Now does being chosen as Viva Glam spokesperson mean that our-desperate-for-attention and irritating to the max Cyrus has reached a level of hipness worthy of representing a cosmetics company? Especially a cosmetics company known for its social conscience, bold, avant-garde colors you won't find over at the Estee Lauder counter and overall coolness?
Probably not.
All I can say is that the neon brightness of the lip color, which is to debut at MAC and department stores stores on Jan. 22, seems to scream "Hey, look at me!"
Just like Cyrus.
And that makes for a perfect pair.
