Miley posted the selfie of herself sitting on the passenger side of a car with her tongue sticking out (as usual), though her tongue is green (not so usual). “Green tongue!!!!! Sign of good healffffy mornin!” she captioned the pic, implying that she’d recently consumed a green juice or something else involving kale. She’s extolled the virtues of green juice before, so this isn’t a surprise.
