The 22-year-old was confident enough to go without her bikini top despite knowing that the paps’ cameras were on the beach taking snaps.
Instead, Miley opted to wear just a pair of teeny black bottoms as splashed about in the waves.

The pair have been dating since late last year and look to be completely smitten with each other.
